Simply start off by completing this custom order form. Upload inspirational images and any desired color palette. We do custom orders for all event designs (wedding, birthday, anniversary, celebration, etc.) Once your custom form is received, please allow up to 48 hours for review and pricing. You will be notified once your order has been accepted and contacted if there are any additional details needed.
Please remember the following:
- Turnaround time of at least 1 week - 3 weeks depending on the size.
- May require a special order depending on the theme requested.
- Delivery fee (additional fee of $25 - $150 according to distance and size of custom creation).
- Delivery timeframes are 9AM - 12PM or 1PM - 6PM.
- We require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
- The deposit saves your date and is used for your custom materials.
- ALL balances due 24 hours prior to your event.
